We’ve created LearnSci Direct to accelerate all of your learning projects and initiatives - whether on campus, in the local community or on the other side of the world. LearnSci Direct lets you invite anyone to participate in learning and provides the foundation for you to connect with all of your target audiences. It can accelerate your projects in remote learning, outreach, recruitment, widening participation, teacher training and many others.

You now have the option to access our LabSims and Smart Worksheets directly on your own learning platform and through ours. This will open up your projects to any users who don’t have their own login to your VLE/LMS. The Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Queen’s University Belfast is using LearnSci Direct to deliver lab simulations to secondary-level school teachers across the city. The system contributes to the goal of providing new ideas and resources for teaching, and ultimately, to encourage students to pursue further study and careers in STEM areas.

Coventry University’s move to an innovative social learning platform required a rethink in how the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences delivered their much-valued LabSim and Smart Worksheet course materials. Academics, librarians and the learning technology team worked with our team to set up access to LearnSci Direct by single sign-on. This has allowed staff to login using their institution email account and then to organise and create the course content and make it available to students.
