With student numbers rising year on year, educators are facing the growing challenge of delivering high quality, personalised teaching at scale. Managing larger cohorts with fewer resources leads to increasing demands on their time. At LearnSci, we recognise this pressure and have been working alongside the academic community to develop scalable, pedagogically sound tools that help alleviate the burden while encouraging engagement and supporting success.

Over the past year, we’ve collaborated closely with educators from leading universities and listened to the academic community. As a result, we have significantly broadened our Smart Worksheet Library, offering new subjects, specialisms and resources designed to support diverse student needs, address common challenges, and provide more tailored content for curriculums across the globe. Start the new term with an advantage by exploring how these additions can empower your students.

Our expanded offering now includes a wide range of new Smart Worksheets in Statistics, Biology, Chemistry, and Science Foundation. These 40+ new resources reflect direct input from over 30 institutions, offering relevant and impactful content across the Library in the following areas:

  • Statistics, covering topics such as how to identify which statistical test to run, t-tests, ANOVA and non-parametric tests.
  • Biology, covering topics and techniques in molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, and physiology.
  • Chemistry, covering topics and techniques in stoichiometry, kinetics, thermodynamics, chromatography and spectroscopy.
  • Clinical Biomedical Science, developed in collaboration with the Institute of Biomedical Science, covering topics such as clinical biochemistry, clinical immunology, medical microbiology, and haematology and transfusion science.
"I really benefit from the use of Smart Worksheets. It is very useful to know straight away if an answer is incorrect, and helps me work on and correct misunderstandings and wrong answers much better than submitting a written lab report."

Our goal is to continue providing resources that support students and educators. Each Smart Worksheet is built to help students develop core scientific skills, apply theoretical knowledge, and gain confidence through scaffolded, interactive learning experiences. As well as this, the Library supports educators in delivering complex topics more effectively with tools that adapt to varied teaching styles and learning environments.
